Position Details:

Role:Telecaller (Male / Female)

Location: Work From Office

Experience: Fresher & Experienced Both Can Apply

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Employment Type: Full Time

Work Schedule:

Working Days: 6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday)

Fixed Off: Sunday

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Fixed Day Shift)

Salary: Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 30,000 Per Month (Based on Interview)

What We Are Looking For:

- Good Communication Skills in Hindi & English

- Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Excel / CRM)

- Good Convincing Power & Customer Handling Skills

- Punctual, Polite & Willing to Learn Attitude





- Freshers with confidence to talk are highly welcome!

Your Role:

- Handling Inbound / Outbound calls professionally

- Providing correct information about company services

- Solving customer queries & doing timely follow-ups

- Maintaining daily calling reports
