Job Summary

Queen Filter India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible, organised, and proactive Branch In-Charge to manage the day-to-day operations of our Salem branch. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling branch administration, sales coordination, customer relationships, documentation, and stock monitoring while ensuring smooth branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily branch operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, orders, quotations, and delivery status.
- Support the sales team in customer follow-ups and business development activities.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory records, and material dispatches.
- Coordinate with the head office, accounts team, sales team, and logistics department.
- Maintain invoices, purchase orders, sales reports, and other branch documentation.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain customer account records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports.
- Ensure timely processing of customer orders and effective coordination of deliveries.




- Maintain skilled relationships with customers and support customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in branch administration, office management, or sales coordination preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, email, and basic computer applications.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for branch activities.
- Experience in industrial spare parts, automobile spare parts, lubricants, filtration products, or trading companies will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹20,000
- Work Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu
- Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
