- Field Visits: Perform door-to-door visits to customer homes and workplaces to collect overdue loan/EMI payments.
- Customer Negotiation: Counsel delinquent customers, explain repayment terms, and negotiate realistic payment plans or settlements.
- Payment Collection: Collect funds via cash, cheque, or digital payment links and issue immediate receipts.
- Tracing Accounts: Trace untraceable or moved customers using local inquiry and updated contact details.
- Reporting & Feedback: Maintain daily visit logs, update customer status , and record reasons for default.
- Compliance: Follow regulatory guidelines (e.g., RBI norms) and strict ethical standards during all field interactions.
