Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store In-Charge to manage warehouse operations, inventory, and stock movement of solar products and electrical items. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring timely dispatches, and managing the overall warehouse activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching solar and electrical products.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports in the ERP system.
- Handle loading, unloading, and proper storage of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the sales and purchase teams for stock replenishment.
- Verify incoming and outgoing materials against invoices, delivery challans, and purchase orders.
- Ensure proper arrangement, identification, and safe handling of solar panels, inverters, batteries, cables, wires, and other electrical products.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Prepare daily stock reports, inward and outward registers,



and dispatch reports.
- Coordinate with logistics and transport teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Report damaged, missing, or excess stock to the concerned authority.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow company policies and warehouse procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Any Graduate or relevant qualification.
- Experience: 2–5 years in warehouse or store management, preferably in solar or electrical products.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Basic computer skills and experience with ERP or inventory software.
- Positive communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of Excel and warehouse documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple warehouse activities efficiently.
