Job Description – PGT Physics Teacher

We are looking for a qualified, experienced, and passionate PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) in Physics who can effectively teach Grade 10 CBSE Physics, with a strong command of subject knowledge, conceptual teaching, and board examination preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and effective Physics classes for Grade 10 students, strictly following the CBSE curriculum and NCERT guidelines.
- Prepare well-structured lesson plans, instructional materials, worksheets, and assessments to ensure conceptual clarity.
- Explain complex Physics concepts in a simple, practical, and student-friendly manner using real-life examples.
- Demonstrate scientific principles through laboratory experiments, practical activities, and interactive teaching methods.
- Train students to solve numerical problems, application-based questions, and higher-order thinking questions (HOTS).
- Prepare students for CBSE board examinations, focusing on competency-based questions, case studies, and previous years' question papers.
- Conduct regular tests, evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement remedial teaching strategies.
- Encourage scientific curiosity, logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Integrate smart classroom technology, simulations, and innovative teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.




- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and academically stimulating classroom setting.
- Participate actively in school events, science exhibitions, academic planning, and other institutional activities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to improve academic performance and achieve excellent board examination results.

Qualifications and Skills

- Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Physics with B.Ed. preferred.
- Strong command of Grade 10 CBSE Physics syllabus.
- Excellent conceptual understanding and numerical problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience teaching Grade 10 Physics and preparing students for CBSE board examinations.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and student engagement skills.
- Ability to teach foundation-level Physics concepts for competitive examinations will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate: An enthusiastic and result-oriented Physics teacher capable of building strong conceptual foundations and helping students achieve outstanding academic results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
