Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through international chat support channels.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Communicate professionally with international customers in written English.
- Assist customers with US technology and retail-related queries.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of experience in international chat or voice support.
- Graduate or undergraduate candidates may apply.
- Strong written English and communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.
