Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads and connect with potential property buyers.

* Promote residential plots, houses, duplexes, and real estate projects.

* Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.

* Arrange site visits and assist clients throughout the buying process.

* Build strong customer relationships and follow up with prospective buyers.

* Coordinate property documentation and sales-related activities.

* Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Eligibility & Requirements

* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (graduates preferred).

* Good communication and negotiation skills.

* Interest in real estate, sales, marketing, or customer handling.

* Prior experience in real estate, banking, insurance,



or sales is preferred but not mandatory.

* Must have a smartphone and be willing to travel locally for site visits.

* Self-motivated, professional, and target-oriented.
