Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Senior Sales Person with a strong background in sales and business development. The candidate should be capable of independently managing sales activities, developing corporate business, building strong client relationships, and achieving hotel revenue targets. Candidates with prior experience in the hotel industry are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage overall sales and business development activities.

* Generate business through corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and event planners.

* Drive room revenue, banquet bookings, corporate events, and group bookings.

* Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

* Prepare and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

* Conduct client meetings, sales calls, site inspections, and regular follow-ups.

* Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

* Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, and business development plans.

* Coordinate with the Front Office, F&B;, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Eligibility & Skills

* Minimum 4–6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a senior position.

* Prior experience in the hotel industry is highly preferred. Candidates from the hotel industry will be given preference.

* Strong knowledge of hotel sales, corporate sales, banquet sales, and revenue generation.

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating business.

* Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and client-management skills.

* Established corporate contacts and a strong business network will be an advantage.

* Ability to independently manage sales operations and deliver measurable results.

Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month (negotiable for the right candidate).
