Team Coordinator – The Gut Lab

Organization: The Gut Lab, Healing Hands Clinic

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday, as applicable

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Experience Required: Freshers / 1–3 years of experience

Salary: As per experience and organizational standards

1. Job Summary

The Gut Lab, specializing in gut microbiome testing, personalized nutrition, and gut health management, is looking for a dedicated, organized, and detail-oriented Team Coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing patient communication, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth coordination between patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily team activities and ensure smooth workflow management.

- Manage patient communication, follow-ups, appointments, and scheduling.

- Coordinate with dietitians, nutritionists, laboratory teams, and the accounts department.

- Track patient progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

- Assist with patient onboarding, report coordination, and treatment program management.

- Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to established protocols.

- Handle patient queries professionally and ensure a positive patient experience.

- Prepare regular reports, monitor pending tasks, and provide timely updates to management.





- Support day-to-day operational activities and resolve coordination-related issues.

- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.

3. Qualifications and Skills

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.

- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.

- Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.

- Professional, responsible, and patient-centric attitude.

4. Preferred Experience

- Experience in team coordination, operations, healthcare administration, or customer service will be an added advantage.

- Candidates with experience in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic laboratories, or healthcare organizations are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
