We are looking for a smart, active, and detail-oriented Tally Operator to manage billing, bookkeeping, accounting entries, and day-to-day documentation for our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience with Tally, good computer knowledge, rapid typing skills, and a basic understanding of accounting principles.

The candidate must be quick to learn, attentive to detail, responsible, and capable of handling daily accounting and warehouse-related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare sales and purchase bills, invoices, and vouchers.
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries using Tally.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Manage warehouse-related documentation and maintain proper records of stock movements.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, data entry, and account reconciliation.
- Ensure accuracy in billing, documentation, and daily reports.




- Perform other accounting and warehouse administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Prior experience working with Tally is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Good computer knowledge and fast typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn quickly and manage daily tasks efficiently.
- Responsible, punctual, organized, and self-motivated.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, trustworthy, and capable of handling accounting and warehouse-related responsibilities efficiently with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
