Position Summary

We are seeking a customer-oriented and driven Showroom Sales Executive to join our retail team in Haldwani. The ideal candidate will welcome customers, understand their requirements, showcase products effectively, and drive sales while ensuring an exceptional in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward suitable products or options available in the showroom.
- Product Demonstration: Provide detailed explanations of product features, specifications, pricing, and ongoing offers or warranties.
- Sales Conversion: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets by actively upselling and closing deals.
- Showroom Maintenance: Ensure products are well-organized, attractively displayed, and fully stocked on the showroom floor.
- Billing & Transactions: Handle billing processes, payment collections,



and coordinate with the dispatch/inventory team for seamless product delivery.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain follow-up communications with prospective and existing clients to build brand loyalty and encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Minimum Graduation (or equivalent degree) from a recognized board/institution.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in retail showroom sales, customer service, or a related field; freshers with solid communication and persuasive skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional dialects is an added advantage).
- Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer literacy for billing and inventory record management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
