We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Retail Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience while contributing to the achievement of business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
- Provide accurate information about product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets to support business growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the sales floor remains clean and organized.
- Assist with billing, payments, product exchanges, and customer inquiries.
- Monitor stock availability and report inventory requirements to the concerned team.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.




- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales promotions, and market trends.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused attitude with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
