About Codifyre Academy

Codifyre Academy is an IT training institute based in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. We offer practical skill-based training programs in Full Stack Web Development, Digital Marketing, and Industrial Training programs of 4–6 weeks.

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counselor / Education Sales Executive who can connect with students, generate enquiries, promote our courses, and help increase student admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate student enquiries and admissions through field visits, phone calls, WhatsApp, and referrals.
- Visit colleges and connect with students, faculty members, and training or placement coordinators.
- Promote Full Stack Web Development, Digital Marketing, and Industrial Training courses.
- Explain course details, duration, fees, training benefits, and admission procedures to prospective students.
- Follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Invite students to free demo classes, workshops, and counselling sessions.
- Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, demo attendance, and admissions.
- Achieve monthly enquiry and admission targets.




- Develop local outreach opportunities in Kangra and nearby areas.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in counselling students and explaining educational programs.
- Willingness to travel locally for college visits and student outreach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a target-oriented approach.
- Previous experience in education sales, admission counselling, field sales, or telecalling is preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly salary: ₹8,000–₹12,000, depending on skills and experience.

Working Hours
