Job Description:

- Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications to meet business requirements and technical objectives.

- Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and web services for seamless communication between applications and systems.

- Lead and coordinate the development team, assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure code quality and adherence to development standards.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and design decisions to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.

- Apply object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices to develop productive applications.

- Oversee code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to maintain application stability and quality.





- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, production defects, and application performance bottlenecks.

- Work with databases to manage data persistence, transactions, and integration with backend services.

- Participate in the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Ensure adequate unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.

- Drive Agile development practices, participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, and coordinate deliverables across the team.

- Monitor project progress, manage technical dependencies and risks, and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders.

- Maintain technical documentation, API specifications, architectural documents, and development guidelines.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, performance requirements, and software development best practices.
