Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Warehouse Associate Trainer to provide theoretical and practical training to students in warehouse operations, inventory management, material handling, storage, packing, dispatch, and workplace safety. The trainer will be responsible for developing students' practical skills and preparing them for employment in the warehouse and logistics industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on warehouse operations.
- Train students in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Explain inventory management, stock verification, and stock reconciliation.
- Provide practical knowledge of warehouse documentation, including stock registers, invoices, delivery challans, and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
- Train students in material handling,



warehouse layout, labeling, and storage procedures.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Graduate Route

- Graduate in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as Supervisor/Manager.

Diploma Route

- Diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum 7 years of warehouse operations experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as Supervisor.

Class XII Route

- Class XII pass.
- Minimum 9 years of warehouse operations experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as Supervisor.

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

The candidate must possess detailed knowledge of:

- Warehouse operations management.
- Goods receipt and dispatch.
- Inventory analysis and management.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
