Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
- Contact customers to promote interior design, furniture, office furniture, and steel fabrication products.
- Follow up with existing customers regarding quotations, orders, and business enquiries.
- Explain company products and services to customers over the phone.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain customer databases and daily calling reports.
- Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with clients to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Odia, and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge,
including MS Excel and data entry.
- Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to maintain customer records and follow up regularly.
- Freshers can also apply.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
Salary
Negotiable based on skills and experience.
