Stores & Inventory Management

- Manage daily stores operations, including receipt, storage, identification, and issuance of raw materials, components, consumables, and finished goods.
- Ensure proper material inward and outward documentation, including GRN, material issue slips, stock registers, and delivery challans.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stock matches ERP/system records.
- Conduct regular stock verification, cycle counting, and periodic physical stock audits.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and coordinate with Purchase and Production Planning & Control (PPC) for material availability.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, identification, traceability, and preservation of materials.
- Prevent material shortages, excess inventory, damage, and stock discrepancies.

2. Dispatch & Logistics Management

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatches of finished goods according to customer delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Sales, PPC, Quality, Production, and Accounts to ensure timely and accurate dispatches.
- Verify customer orders, part numbers, quantities, packaging, and dispatch documents before shipment.
- Ensure preparation and verification of delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, and other applicable documents.
- Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor pending orders, dispatch schedules, vehicle planning,



and delivery status.
- Ensure proper packaging, loading, and safe handling of fasteners and finished goods.
- Maintain dispatch records and report delays, shortages, and discrepancies to management.

3. Team & Process Management

- Supervise stores and dispatch staff, including storekeepers, helpers, and loading personnel.
- Allocate manpower and monitor daily work activities and productivity.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Sales, PPC, and Accounts for smooth material flow.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO wherever applicable and maintain organized storage locations.
- Ensure housekeeping, 5S, safety practices, and proper use of storage equipment.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to improve inventory accuracy and dispatch efficiency.

4. MIS & Reporting

- Prepare daily and monthly reports on stock levels, material movement, pending dispatches, and inventory discrepancies.
- Track dispatch performance, delivery schedules, stock ageing, and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and management reviews.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding critical stock, shortages, pending orders, and dispatch delays.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
