Job Title: Store Keeper
Location: Nagothane, Maharashtra

Experience: 2–5 Years of relevant experience as a Store Keeper

Objective:

To manage the receipt, storage, inventory, and issuance of hospital and institutional supplies, ensuring accurate stock records, timely availability of materials, and effective store operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate stock registers, inventory records, and documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase department for timely replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organisation of materials.
- Track expiry dates and maintain appropriate storage conditions for medical consumables and other supplies, wherever applicable.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with hospital inventory procedures and safety standards.




- Coordinate with departments, vendors, and internal teams for smooth store operations.

Skills & Requirements

- Graduate or relevant qualification in Stores, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management; hospital or healthcare experience preferred.
- Knowledge of stock registers, inventory control, GRN, FIFO/FEFO, and stock reconciliation.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel and inventory management software.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and record-keeping abilities.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on-site at Nagothane, Maharashtra.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
