About the Role

We are hiring an experienced salesman for our men’s wear showroom in Banda. Candidates must have hands-on experience selling men’s readymade garments and be confident in independently handling customers—from understanding their requirements to completing the sale.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to customers and recommend suitable clothing based on their needs, size, fit, occasion, and budget.
- Sell men’s shirts, trousers, jeans, kurtas, ethnic wear, and other readymade garments.
- Explain fabric quality, fitting, styles, prices, and available offers clearly.
- Assist customers with trials, size selection, and matching outfits.
- Work towards sales targets and build relationships with repeat customers.
- Maintain product displays, folding, racks, and stock arrangements.
- Assist with new stock checking, barcode tagging, replenishment, and stock counts accurately.




- Coordinate with the billing and alteration teams for smooth customer service.
- Follow showroom timings, manager instructions, and store procedures.

Required Experience and Skills

- Previous experience as a salesman in a men’s readymade clothing showroom or menswear retail store is mandatory.
- Practical knowledge of garment sizes, fits, fabrics, and styling.
- Ability to handle customers independently and close sales professionally.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi.
- Punctuality, honesty, teamwork, and willingness to take responsibility for assigned tasks.
