About the Role

We are looking for friendly, confident and well-spoken candidates to join our team as Customer Relationship & Client Support Executives.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communicating with people, building customer relationships and providing helpful assistance. The position involves customer follow-ups and achieving reasonable performance targets with team support.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with existing customers and business enquiries over phone and WhatsApp.

- Follow up with interested customers and reconnect with previous enquiries.

- Build long-term relationships with customers and provide product-related assistance.

- Share jewellery catalogues, product details and offers with interested customers.

- Maintain customer information and follow-up records.

- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

- Work towards achievable monthly performance targets.

Requirements





- Positive communication skills in English.

- Friendly personality and confidence while speaking over the phone.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.

- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and customer-handling skills.

- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
