Role: Customer Service + Technical Support Customer Support

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through International Voice, Chat, and Text channels.

- Provide technical assistance for installation, activation, troubleshooting, and product-related issues.

- Resolve customer concerns using approved scripts, processes, and knowledge resources.

- Provide information regarding product specifications and compatibility.

- Recommend relevant products, services, upgrades, or warranties as part of issue resolution.

- Maintain high standards of customer experience, quality, and productivity.

- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

- Work effectively in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Eligibility & Skills





- Undergraduate with Minimum 6 months of International Customer Service / Technical Support experience.

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

- Good customer-handling and communication skills.

- Comfortable handling both Voice & Chat interactions.

- Upselling/cross-selling experience will be an advantage.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
