Role Description

The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and guiding a team to achieve daily operational goals. The role includes monitoring team performance, assigning tasks, resolving issues, maintaining productivity, and ensuring quality standards are met. The Team Leader will prepare and submit regular reports to the Manager, provide training and support to team members,



and ensure smooth coordination between the team and management.

Responsibilities

- Lead and support the team in daily operations.
- Monitor team performance and productivity.
- Assign tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Handle team issues and provide solutions.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the Manager and update progress regularly.
- Ensure quality service and process compliance.
- Train and motivate team members to achieve targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 year of Team Handling experience.
- Positive communication and leadership skills.
- Must be able to speak Tamil and Telugu.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
