Roles & Responsibilities - Assist in day-to-day construction site activities. - Learn to read and understand building plans and structural drawings. - Gain practical knowledge of construction materials and methods. - Learn quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and billing. - Assist with site supervision and quality control. - Understand labour management and material planning. - Follow construction safety standards and site procedures.
