Job Description

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Representative to drive business growth, develop client relationships, and generate new sales opportunities for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue.

* Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and potential customers.

* Promote hotel services, facilities, packages, and corporate offerings.

* Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and follow up on sales enquiries.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

* Prepare sales reports, maintain client databases, and track business leads.





* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client servicing.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

Eligibility & Skills

* Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is preferred.

* 1–3 years of relevant sales experience preferred.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Strong networking, customer relationship management, and business development abilities.

* Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting.

* Hotel industry experience will be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and skills.
