Gold Nest Rubystone Heritage, Udaipur, managed by Rubystone Hospitality, is looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Guest Service Associate (F&B; GSA) to join its hotel operations team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, good communication skills, and a positive attitude towards guest service.

The selected candidate will assist in restaurant operations, food and beverage service, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and provide courteous, professional service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests efficiently.
- Assist with restaurant setup, table arrangements, mise-en-place, and buffet setup.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of the restaurant and service areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Handle guest requests and basic complaints professionally.
- Follow hotel service standards, food safety guidelines, and departmental procedures.
- Assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner, buffet, and banquet service as required.
- Maintain proper cutlery, crockery, glassware, and service equipment.
- Support the F&B; team in delivering an excellent guest experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass; hospitality qualification is an advantage.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant hotel or restaurant experience may apply.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi; English communication is an advantage.
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude,



and a guest-first approach.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to learn hotel service standards and work as part of a team.

Salary & Advantages

- Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000, depending on skills and experience.
