We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and well-presented individuals to join our team as Guest Service Associates. The candidate will be responsible for providing a welcoming experience to guests and ensuring smooth day-to-day cinema operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist them with their queries.
- Guide guests regarding movie screens, seating, and show timings.
- Assist guests with ticket checking and entry procedures.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Handle guest concerns politely and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the assigned area.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth cinema operations.
- Follow company policies, safety standards,
and service procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: 10th or 12th pass.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior customer service experience is an advantage.
- Skills: Good communication, a positive attitude, and a customer-friendly approach.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
