We are looking for a proactive and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations at Khao Aur Khane Do. The candidate will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
* Manage, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including shift scheduling and attendance.
* Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor inventory, stock levels, food costs, and wastage.
* Drive sales, control operational expenses, and achieve business targets.
* Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.
* Manage billing, cash reconciliation, and daily sales reports.
* Ensure compliance with food safety and other applicable regulations.
*Requirements*
* 3–6 years of experience in restaurant or QSR operations.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and restaurant operations.
* Ability to handle a rapid-paced work environment and take ownership of store performance.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
