Key Responsibilities:

Lead PagerDuty implementation and technical configuration.

Design and configure event orchestration, routing, correlation, deduplication, and suppression rules

Configure services, teams, business services, on-call schedules, and escalation policies.

Understand existing Moogsoft configurations and map capabilities to PagerDuty.

Integrate PagerDuty with monitoring tools, ServiceNow, and automation platforms.

Optimize alerts and reduce event noise.

Lead technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and implementation standards.

Mandatory Skills: Solid hands-on experience in PagerDuty implementation.
Expertise in PagerDuty Event Orchestration.

Experience with event routing, correlation, deduplication, and suppression.

Knowledge of services, teams,



on-call schedules, and escalation policies.

Experience with incident response workflows.

Hands-on experience with PagerDuty REST APIs and integrations.

Enterprise-level production implementation experience.

Preferred Skills:

Moogsoft architecture, operations, and migration knowledge. Monitoring and observability concepts. Alert/event migration and Major Incident Management. ServiceNow incident integration. Event-noise reduction and alert optimization.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
