Vietnom Kolkata is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Bartender to join its Food & Beverage team.

The ideal candidate should possess solid beverage knowledge, excellent bartending skills, and the ability to deliver engaging and professional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of bar operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.

Provide knowledgeable beverage recommendations based on guest preferences.

Maintain consistency in beverage presentation, quality, and portion control.

Engage with guests professionally and contribute to an elevated bar experience.

Maintain bar mise-en-place and ensure readiness before each service.

Assist with bar inventory, stock rotation, requisitions, and stock control.

Monitor wastage and ensure responsible handling of beverage inventory.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar and associated equipment.

Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service requirements and restaurant SOPs.





Support and guide junior members of the bar team.

Coordinate effectively with the restaurant service and kitchen teams.

Process guest orders and billing accurately through the POS system.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of relevant bartending experience.

Experience in reputed 4-star or 5-star hotels preferred.

Candidates from premium standalone restaurants and bars are encouraged to apply.

Strong knowledge of spirits, classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, beers, and bar operations.

Good cocktail preparation and presentation skills.

Strong guest interaction and communication abilities.

Fluency in English is essential.

Working knowledge of MICROS Simphony.

Professional grooming and a guest-focused approach.

Ability to work efficiently during high-volume service periods.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
