Job Description

Even More Foods Private Limited is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage B2B customer enquiries, coordinate orders and deliveries, and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails in Tamil and English.
- Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on missed calls.
- Track customer orders from confirmation to delivery.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality Control (QC), Dispatch, and Accounts teams.
- Arrange transportation and communicate dispatch and delivery updates to customers.
- Maintain customer records, order details, and complaint registers.
- Coordinate with QC and Production teams to resolve customer complaints.
- Prepare daily status updates and weekly reports.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-ups.

Requirements

- Any graduate; BBA, B.Com,



or a Diploma in Logistics is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, order coordination, or logistics coordination is preferred.
- Good spoken and written communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp Business.
- Good typing skills and documentation accuracy.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM software, invoices, and transport documentation is an advantage.

Work Location
