Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Head to lead our Developer Funding and

Corporate Finance vertical. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and managing real

estate developer funding cases, evaluating projects, coordinating with Banks and NBFCs,

managing client relationships, leading the project team, and ensuring timely sanction and

disbursement of loans.

Key Responsibilities

Developer Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

 Build and maintain relationships with Real Estate Developers and Builders.

 Identify funding requirements of developers and corporate clients.

 Conduct meetings with developers to understand project funding needs.

 Develop long-term business relationships with clients.

Project Funding & Loan Syndication

 Handle Project Finance, Construction Finance, LAP, Working Capital, and Term Loan

cases.

 Structure funding proposals as per lender requirements.

 Coordinate with Banks, NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies, and Financial

Institutions.

 Ensure smooth sanction and disbursement of funding proposals.

Project Evaluation & Feasibility Analysis

 Review project reports, approvals, and financial documents.

 Analyze project viability, cash flow, and repayment capacity.

 Assess project risks and funding eligibility.

 Guide clients on improving funding eligibility.





Banking & Financial Institution Coordination

 Maintain strong relationships with Banks and NBFCs.

 Negotiate funding terms and conditions.

 Coordinate sanction, documentation, and disbursement activities.

 Resolve lender queries and requirements.

Documentation & Compliance Management

 Review project-related documentation.

 Ensure completeness of legal, technical, financial, and compliance documents.

 Coordinate with legal, technical, and valuation agencies.

 Monitor compliance with lender requirements.

Team Leadership & Project Monitoring

 Lead and manage Project Managers, Relationship Managers, and Operations Teams.

 Allocate projects and monitor progress.

 Conduct regular review meetings.

 Ensure achievement of funding and revenue targets.

Revenue & Business Growth

 Achieve monthly and annual funding targets.

 Generate revenue through successful loan closures.

 Develop new banking and institutional partnerships.

 Explore new funding products and market opportunities.

MIS & Reporting

 Prepare project pipeline reports.

 Track sanctions, disbursements, and revenue.

 Present performance reports to management.

 Monitor conversion ratios and team productivity.

Preferred Candidate Profile

 Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Funding or Corporate Finance.

 Strong network with Banks, NBFCs, and Real Estate Developers.

 Experience in handling large-ticket funding proposals.

 Ability to independently manage end-to-end funding transactions.

 Strong leadership and business development skills.

Salary Range

₹ 3,60,000 to ₹ 4,20,000 per annum (Negotiable based on experience and competency) +

IndicaƟve Annual IncenƟve of ₹ 6 – 10 Lakhs*

*EsƟmated incenƟve upon achieving the prescribed minimum annual performance targets,

subject to the company’s incenƟve policy.
