Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and customer service. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Manage billing, payments, and basic sales transactions, as required.
- Maintain stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team.
- Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Follow company policies and retail sales procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.




- Confidence in interacting with customers and promoting products.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Candidates must be comfortable working at retail store locations in Delhi, Gurgaon, or Noida.

- Basic product knowledge and willingness to learn.

- Prior experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer handling will be an advantage.
