Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Follow-up & Coordination Executive who can efficiently manage daily follow-ups, maintain clear communication with internal teams and external parties, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. The candidate must have strong communication skills and good proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular follow-ups with internal departments, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain clear and professional communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Track pending tasks, commitments, deadlines, and work progress.
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports, follow-up trackers, and status updates using MS Excel.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
- Maintain accurate records of communications, discussions, and follow-up activities.
- Highlight delays, pending issues, and urgent matters to management.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and systematic record maintenance.

Required Skills





- Good MS Excel knowledge: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, formulas, and data management.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email, and Google Sheets.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in coordination, follow-ups, MIS, or back-office operations preferred.
- Candidates with strong Excel skills and communication abilities will be preferred.

Key Requirement: A responsible and proactive candidate who can independently manage follow-ups, maintain accurate Excel trackers, and ensure effective communication without constant supervision.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
