Key Responsibilities

Admissions Strategy & Planning

· Develop and implement annual admission plans and enrollment strategies for all institutions under the group.

· Drive student admissions for:

o Architecture programs

o Engineering programs

o Degree courses

o PU College streams (Integrated Course)

· Set monthly and yearly admission targets and monitor performance metrics.

· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences to improve admissions outcomes.

Student Counseling & Conversion

· Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, career opportunities, fee structures, and campus facilities.

· Ensure high conversion rates from inquiries to enrollments.

Team Leadership

· Lead and supervise admission counselors, tele-callers, marketing executives, and support staff.

· Conduct regular training programs for the admissions team.

· Monitor team productivity and ensure target achievement.

Outreach & Marketing Coordination

· Coordinate with the marketing team for:

o Digital campaigns

o School/college outreach

o Seminars and workshops

o Education fairs and career guidance programs

· Build relationships with schools, PU colleges, coaching centers, and educational consultants across Karnataka and neighboring states.

Institutional Coordination

· Work closely with Principals, HODs, and management to align admissions with institutional goals.

· Coordinate scholarship processes and admission approvals.





· Ensure proper documentation and compliance with university/regulatory requirements.

Reporting & MIS

· Maintain admission databases, inquiry trackers, and conversion reports.

· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.

· Use available systems effectively for lead management and follow-up tracking.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

· 5–12 years of experience in admissions, educational marketing, or student recruitment.

· Minimum 3 years in a leadership role within educational institutions or university admissions.

· Strong understanding of Karnataka higher education admission processes.

· Fluency in English and Kannada preferred; Hindi/Tamil/Telugu is an advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile

· Experience handling admissions for engineering, architecture, degree, or PU institutions.

· Solid network with schools, PU colleges, and educational consultants.

· Familiarity with CET/COMEDK/KCET/CET University admission processes.

· Ability to travel for outreach and promotional activities.

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
