Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily floor operations and supervise sales staff.
- Ensure proper product displays, pricing, and shelf replenishment.
- Monitor stock availability, expiry dates, and product rotation.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and minimize product wastage.
- Guide employees to achieve daily sales targets.
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and merchandising standards.
- Assist customers and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and customer service.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager for stock requirements and sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operating procedures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
