Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop new nutraceutical products, including powders, tablets, capsules, liquids, and gummies.

Conduct formulation trials and optimize products for efficacy, stability, taste, quality, and cost.

Design and execute laboratory experiments, pilot-scale trials, stability studies, and shelf-life evaluations.

Analyze results, prepare technical reports, and troubleshoot formulation-related issues.

Collaborate with QA, QC, Production, Procurement, Marketing, and Regulatory teams.

Support scale-up activities, manufacturing trials, process validation, and product commercialization.

Maintain formulation records, specifications, SOPs, batch documents, and technical dossiers.

Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including FSSAI,



FDA, EFSA, and GMP guidelines.

Ideal Candidate: Professionals with knowledge and experience in nutraceutical formulation, product development, ingredient evaluation, stability studies, and regulatory compliance.
