Amara Hotel, Nizamabad is hiring Restaurant Captains for Telugu Theory restaurant (25 tables) and Cafe Amara (10 tables) in the same building.
What you will do:
- Own a section of 10-12 tables during lunch and dinner
- Take orders on the tablet and explain dishes to guests
- Guide stewards and food runners in your section
- Handle guest requests and complaints calmly
- Check every bill and table before guests leave
What we need:
- 2 or more years as captain or senior steward in a restaurant, hotel or cafe (Gulf hotel experience welcome)
- Speak Telugu, plus Hindi or English
- Neat, polite and good with guests
