Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Senior Business Development Associate to connect with prospective students, promote our courses, and drive business growth through effective communication and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through phone calls and respond to incoming enquiries.
- Identify potential students and encourage them to visit the centre.
- Explain course details, career opportunities, and the benefits of joining Frameboxx.
- Build valuable relationships with students and parents to support admission decisions.
- Convert student enquiries into admissions and meet monthly sales targets.




- Maintain follow-up records and update lead details regularly.
- Work with the team to improve student enquiries and admission conversions.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer handling.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Tamil and English.
- Ability to handle sales targets and manage multiple enquiries.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn.
