Business Development Manager (Oil & Gas)

Hiring Business Development Manager | Oil & Gas Consultancy | 15–20 Years Exp.

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our consultancy team and drive growth across Oil & Gas sector.

As a bridge between technical excellence and market demand, you will lead our efforts in securing high-value consultancy contracts and building lasting partnerships with industry giants.

What You’ll Do:

· Identify and capture opportunities in FEED and PMC

· Build and maintain relationships with National Oil Companies, International Oil Companies, and major EPC players

· Lead the end-to-end bid process, from technical proposals to commercial negotiation





· Analyze market trends to position our firm as a leader in Oil & Gas Sector both in green field and brown field projects

What We’re Looking For:

· Experience: 15–20 years in BD/Sales within the Oil & Gas sector.

· Education: Engineering degree (Chemical/Mechanical/Petroleum preferred). MBA is a plus

· Communication: Exceptional proficiency in English and Hindi.

· Regional Edge: Proficiency in a regional language (e.g., Tamil, Gujarati, or Marathi) to connect with local stakeholders

· Network: An established network within Oil & Gas Sector
