About this role

Dr. Cure Pharmacy Group runs 7 pharmacies across Hyderabad. Hundreds of our customers live with diabetes, high BP and thyroid conditions and buy from us every month. Most of them are not yet in any of our care programmes. Your job is to change that.

If you have worked as a Patient Counsellor or in a Patient Support Programme at a pharma company, an e-pharmacy such as 1mg, PharmEasy or Apollo 24/7, or a hospital, this is the same work you already know: screen patients, explain the programme, enrol them, and follow up every month so they stay.

The difference: here the programmes are our own, and you will run them end to end. You will screen patients across our stores and by phone, enrol them, lead the outreach team, and report results directly to the founder.

What you will do

Screen and enrol patients

· Screen chronic patients at our 7 stores and from our customer lists: who is on long-term medicines, who is not yet in a programme





· Explain our programmes simply and enrol patients: Saathi Saath, Fighters Club, the Diabetic Care Programme, home delivery of monthly medicines, and regular health tests with our diagnostics partner

· Hit monthly targets for patients screened and patients enrolled

Keep them in the programme

· Make sure every enrolled patient is followed up every month: refills on time, tests on time

· Run the day-90 retest reminders and make sure tests are completed

· Bring back patients who have stopped buying (45+ days silent)

Lead the outreach team

· Set daily call lists for the Patient Outreach Executive(s), who call patients in Telugu

· Listen to calls, coach on quality, handle escalations

Track and report

· Keep every patient's journey in our tracker or CRM: screened, enrolled, followed up, retested

· Send a monthly report to the founder: screened, enrolled, active, retained, retests completed

· Work with store teams, pharmacists and the ordering team so enrolled patients never run out

The numbers you will own

· Patients screened each month

· Enrolment rate: screened patients who join a programme

· Monthly follow-up completed for every enrolled patient

· Retest completion rate (target: 40% or more from month 2)

· Patients still active after 3 and 6 months

What we are looking for

Essential

· At least 1 year screening,



onboarding and following up patients in a Patient Support Programme, patient counselling or similar healthcare role

· A track record of enrolling patients into a programme and keeping them in it month after month

· Comfortable talking to patients and families, in person and on the phone

· Comfortable with a CRM, Google Sheets or Excel

· Clear spoken English, plus Hindi or Telugu

· Based in Hyderabad; happy to move between our office and stores

Preferred

· Telugu is a strong plus: most of our patients are elderly Telugu speakers

· Experience with diabetes, BP or thyroid patients

· Has worked at 1mg, PharmEasy, Apollo 24/7, a pharma PSP agency, or a hospital patient-care team

· Pharmacy or life-sciences background

This role is not for

· Someone looking for a desk-only role in drug safety, pharmacovigilance or clinical research: this role is out with patients

· Someone who wants to push products: we enrol patients into care, not sell them things they do not need

· Someone who wants work from home
