Job Title: Department Store Executive

Key Responsibilities
Department Operations
• Oversee the daily operations of the assigned department to ensure smooth functioning.
• Ensure shelves and displays are well stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Maintain store standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and product presentation. Customer Experience
• Ensure customers receive a premium and personalized shopping experience.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a qualified manner.
• Support customers in selecting gourmet food and specialty products. Inventory & Quality Management
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse or procurement team for replenishment.
• Ensure proper FIFO / FEFO practices are followed.
• Conduct regular expiry checks and quality inspections of products. Sales & Performance
• Track department sales performance and work towards achieving targets.
• Suggest promotions,



product placements, and merchandising ideas to increase sales.
• Maintain department reports and operational records. Eligibility Criteria
• Diploma or Graduation in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Retail Management preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail, food retail, or hospitality operations.
• Experience in team supervision or department handling will be an advantage. Skills Required
