Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms, creating and scheduling engaging content, and optimizing brand presence using social media best practices. The Social Media Manager will monitor performance metrics, analyze audience insights, and adjust campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with creative and marketing teams, managing community interactions and responses,



and staying current with trends and platform updates to support clients’ overall digital and branding goals. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills for creating clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content and interactions.
• Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to develop platform-specific plans that support broader marketing and branding objectives.
• Experience with social media analytics tools, reporting, and KPI tracking to guide data-informed decisions.
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, paid campaigns, and cross-channel integration, is beneficial.
• Ability to collaborate with creative, design, and video teams, and to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site in Jaipur.
• Prior experience as a Social Media Manager or in a related digital marketing role; agency experience is a plus.
