The business operates primarily remotely, with additional offline activities for field sales. Role Description The Business Specialist is a full time remote role responsible for supporting and optimizing RAVI`S CHOICE’s supply chain and affiliate marketing operations. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales and performance data, assisting in business planning, and identifying growth opportunities across digital, field, and telemarketing channels. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, supporting customer service initiatives, and helping improve operational efficiency. The Business Specialist will also contribute to communication strategies,



prepare reports and presentations for leadership, and participate in implementing new business processes and campaigns. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Business and Business Planning skills to contribute to strategy development, market analysis, and operational improvements.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members, engage with partners, and present insights clearly.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support customer interactions, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer experience.
• Relevant experience in supply chain, affiliate marketing, or sales operations is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with basic office software and familiarity with digital marketing or CRM tools is an advantage.
