• Use GitHub Copilot Chat, Agent Mode and Copilot Coding Agent to develop features, generate tests, refactor code and fix defects
• Write clear prompts, task specifications and repository instructions for AI-assisted development
• Review, test and validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance and PHI/HIPAA safety
• Design, code, debug and test across the software development lifecycle
• Develop and maintain n-tier and Service-Oriented Architecture applications
• Modernize and support existing applications and codebases
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and Azure DevOps work-item management ? Required Qualifications
• 6-8 years of experience with the Microsoft .
NET platform
• Solid experience with C#, ASP.
NET, .
NET Core, .
NET Framework, ADO.
NET and REST APIs




• Angular 15+ and Microsoft SQL Server are mandatory
• Hands-on professional experience using GitHub Copilot Chat, Agent Mode and Copilot Coding Agent
• Strong object-oriented programming skills and understanding of application architecture and design patterns
• Experience building and supporting n-tier applications
• Experience across the SDLC
• Experience with Git/GitHub, branching, pull requests and code reviews
• Strong ownership, attention to detail and communication skills ⭐ Important Healthcare Domain Requirement Experience with the End-Stage Renal Disease Quality Reporting System (EQRS) is highly important for this role. Experience with healthcare applications and HL7/FHIR integrations will be an advantage. ? Preferred Skills
