Role Description The Gynecologist at Yashoda IVF will provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and management of gynecological and obstetric conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, performing routine examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests, and recommending appropriate medical or surgical treatments. The role involves participating in gynecologic surgeries, collaborating with fertility specialists and other healthcare professionals, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards. The Gynecologist will counsel patients on treatment options, reproductive health, and preventive care, while maintaining thorough and accurate medical records. This is a full-time, in office role based in Kalyan,



requiring availability for scheduled clinics, procedures, and emergency coverage as needed. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Medicine with the ability to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of gynecologic and obstetric conditions.
• Clinical expertise in Gynecology and Obstetrics, including antenatal care, labor management, and gynecologic disease management.
• Proficiency in Gynecologic Surgery and Surgery, including common operative procedures and minimally invasive techniques where applicable.
• Recognized medical degree (MBBS) and postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (e.g., MS/MD/DNB) with valid medical council registration.
• Strong communication and counseling skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly and empathetically to patients and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, demonstrate ethical clinical decision-making, and maintain detailed medical documentation.
• Experience in infertility management or IVF settings is an advantage, along with familiarity with relevant guidelines and best practices.
• Commitment to continuing medical education, adherence to patient safety protocols, and readiness to participate in emergency and on-call duties.
