Role Description The Senior Executive role at Mahindra Finance is a full-time, on-site position based in Agra. The role involves managing and growing the local portfolio, including vehicle and tractor financing, while ensuring high-quality customer service and adherence to company policies. Responsibilities include supervising branch operations, supporting credit assessment and documentation, monitoring collections, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines. The Senior Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare periodic reports and business analyses, and contribute to achieving branch targets and sustainable growth in the assigned territory. • Strong skills in sales, customer relationship management, and local market understanding,



preferably in financial services or vehicle/tractor financing.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, documentation review, and basic credit assessment, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage branch-level operations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customer groups in rural and semi-urban areas.
• Comfort with basic computer applications and reporting tools for tracking performance, collections, and operational metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification in management or finance is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in NBFCs, banks, or allied financial services, ideally in rural or semi-urban markets.
• Willingness to work on-site in Agra, travel within the assigned territory, and adapt to field-intensive responsibilities.
