Experience:
5 +years Must be from Tier 1 advertising agency only1 We're looking for a designer who thinks beyond Photoshop. Someone who combines exceptional design craft with AI, motion, storytelling, and digital culture to create work that people notice, share, and remember. You'll work across social media, digital campaigns, websites, performance marketing, presentations, immersive experiences, and emerging platforms. Key Responsibilities
➢ Create Create visually compelling assets across:
• Social media (posts, carousels, stories, reels)
• Digital campaigns
• Websites and landing pages
• Performance marketing creatives
• Presentations
• Integrated marketing campaigns ➢ Develop key visuals from scratch based on creative briefs and campaign objectives. ➢ Translate business goals, copy, and creative concepts into engaging visual experiences and compelling storytelling. ➢ Create mood boards, style frames, visual directions, prototypes, and design explorations for campaigns. ➢ Design reusable templates while ensuring consistency across brand identity systems. ➢ Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, filmmakers, developers, content creators, and other cross-functional teams to elevate creative ideas. ➢ Stay ahead of evolving trends in design, technology, AI, culture, and digital platforms to continuously bring fresh thinking into projects Creative Thinking & Ideation: ➢ Visualize concepts independently and transform ideas into impactful creative executions. ➢ Think beyond conventional design approaches and develop innovative visual solutions. ➢ Generate multiple creative routes and design directions for a single campaign or brief. ➢ Demonstrate strong reference-hunting skills and create inspiring mood boards.



➢ Push creative boundaries while maintaining brand consistency and communication objectives. ➢ Experiment with emerging technologies and creative workflows to improve efficiency and output. AI & Emerging Technology ➢ Leverage AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, design exploration, content generation, and production workflows. ➢ Stay updated with emerging AI platforms and evaluate their creative applications. ➢ Hands-on experience with tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Veo, or similar AI-powered creative platforms is highly preferred. Motion & Video

Skills:
➢ Create basic to intermediate motion graphics for digital and social platforms. ➢ Edit engaging short-form videos and reels. ➢ Design kinetic typography, smooth transitions, and simple animations. ➢ Understand pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement for short-form video content. ➢ Contribute to interactive and immersive digital experiences wherever applicable. Required

Skills:
➢ Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma. ➢ Solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour theory, and visual hierarchy. ➢ Robust conceptual thinking with the ability to balance creativity and business objectives. ➢ Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. ➢ Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred

Qualifications:
➢ 3–6 years of experience in creative design, digital marketing, advertising, or branding. ➢ Strong portfolio showcasing social-first creatives, campaign design, branding, motion graphics, and digital content. ➢ Experience working with AI-powered creative tools and integrating them into the design process. ➢ Understanding of platform-specific creative best practices across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, and other digital channels. ➢ Passion for design, technology, culture, and continuous experimentation with new creative trends.
