Role Description The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Referral Sales is a full time, on-site role based in Dwarka and Karol Bagh. This role is responsible for building and managing relationships with referring physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare partners to drive patient referrals to MOC Cancer Care & Research Centre. Day-to-day activities include identifying potential referral sources, conducting regular outreach and meetings, presenting MOC’s services,



and coordinating referral processes to ensure a seamless experience for patients and partners. The role involves tracking referral performance, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and collaborating closely with clinical and administrative teams to support growth and service quality. The individual will also participate in local marketing and community engagement initiatives to strengthen MOC’s presence in the region. Qualifications
• Robust relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, especially with healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Experience in sales, business development, or referral management, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or hospital services.
• Proficiency in communication, presentation, and negotiation, with the ability to explain complex medical services in clear terms.
• Ability to plan and execute outreach activities, field visits, and local marketing initiatives in and around Dwarka and Karol Bagh.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in oncology, specialty care, or hospital-based roles is beneficial, along with a patient-centric and ethical approach.
