Medical Representative (MR) – Kegel Chair Therapy

Location:
Kolkata Reporting To: COO/ Center Head Department: Business Development & Medical Marketing Compensation: As per management policy Job Purpose To build strong professional relationships with gynaecologists, hospitals and clinics to promote awareness of Kegel Chair therapy, generate qualified patient referrals and drive business growth for Evity Wellness Centre.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with gynaecologists, obstetricians, urogynecologists and other relevant healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular doctor visits and establish partnerships with hospitals, clinics and nursing homes.
- Explain Kegel Chair therapy using approved clinical information.
- Generate patient leads, coordinate appointments and follow up with the front office team.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing referral partnerships.
- Maintain doctor databases, daily visit reports and lead updates.
- Achieve agreed targets for doctor engagement, patient referrals, appointments and revenue. Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; a science or healthcare background is preferred.




- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in medical representation or healthcare business development.
- Existing doctor connections in Kolkata, particularly with gynaecologists, will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, networking, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned territory. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of doctor visits and new connections.
- Hospital and clinic partnerships established.
- Qualified patient leads and appointments generated.
- Patient conversions and revenue contribution.
- Timely follow-ups and reporting. Reporting & Coordination Reports directly to the Centre Head and coordinates with the clinical, front office and marketing teams. Expected Outcome To establish a solid doctor referral network, generate qualified patient enquiries and contribute to the growth of Kegel Chair therapy and women's wellness services at Evity.
