1–3 Years in US Recruitment Shift: US Shift Job Summary Akrostech Consulting is looking for a skilled and result-oriented US IT & Non-IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end US recruitment. The candidate must have strong knowledge of US hiring portals, sourcing strategies, candidate screening, and recruitment processes. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience working on live US client requirements and should be comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT and Non-IT positions.
* Source qualified candidates through US recruitment portals, job boards, professional networks, and internal databases.
* Work on hiring portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant platforms.
* Handle W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements, wherever applicable.
* Understand client requirements,

* Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and submit qualified profiles to clients.
* Coordinate with candidates, clients,



account managers, and vendors throughout the hiring process.
* Follow up on interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
* Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily submission reports.
* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets. Mandatory Requirements
* 1–3 years of hands-on US IT and Non-IT recruitment experience.
* Strong knowledge of US hiring portals and sourcing techniques.
* Minimum 6 months of experience working on live US client requirements is mandatory.
* Good understanding of US staffing models, including W2, C2C, and 1099.
* Knowledge of Boolean search and candidate screening techniques.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
* Ability to manage multiple job requirements and work under deadlines.
* Willingness to work in US shifts and from the office in Sector 63, Noida. Work Details
